The hotel features a stunning view of Gendarmenmarkt from the rooms, making for a memorable stay.

The breakfast prices felt exorbitant for the small portion sizes offered, and I found better value at local cafés nearby.

Superb room with a view and very relaxing vibes. I was blown away by the cozy balcony overlooking Gendarmenmarkt, perfect for people watching!

Staff seemed unprepared during check-in and weren’t welcoming. The promise of a seamless process fell short as they insisted on taking a hefty €50 daily for extras, which caused some frustration. The Luc King Room was spacious, with modern decor but lacked personal touches. The location was fantastic, near major sights like the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, perfect for exploring the city. sleep was disturbed by street noise, especially during the night. I enjoyed the gym on the top floor with a sauna, but several amenities weren’t properly communicated, such as the yoga area. Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming, with a meager selection for €39 — better off at nearby cafés. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. I'd recommend staying here for the location and room comfort, but with caution regarding staff service and breakfast pricing.

My stay was wonderful since I could easily walk to several attractions, with the Reichstag Building and Brandenburg Gate just about 1 km away, making city exploration a breeze. plus, the staff was very helpful and the room was excellent, very comfortable for a weekend getaway.

The location is perfect, close to all major attractions and beautiful spots. The breakfast spread was impressive with fresh fruits, a variety of breads, and hot dishes. the staff were always friendly and attended to our needs without delay.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely view and a cute pull cord that played a lullaby. The breakfast was delicious, although I wished for more pastries. I'd definitely return!

The lack of proper air conditioning created an uncomfortably warm environment, with temperatures reaching up to 27 Celsius, which was unbearable. Various frustrations arose with room check-in delays, and several guests found the TV channels limited and poor in quality. the pricing for breakfast, set at €31, was frowned upon given the overall experience, and many felt that the extra charges added unnecessary stress.

The views from my room were breathtaking, providing a stunning panorama of the city. I enjoyed the comfortable furniture, particularly the bed, which ensured peaceful nights.
